They should claim that it’s of super high quality, even to the point of perfection, in order to deceive the North Koreans into believing that their weapons are flawless. Humiliating them will only give them motivation to improve, no matter how unlikely that may appear.

During war time there are 2 ways to speak of the enemies weaponry. 1) they are devastating to the innocents or 2) they are junk. The truth is probably somewhere in between.
Yes, it is junk, but even if 1 out of 10 will succeed – it will kill people…

It turns out the shells were crap and the only thing Kim got back in return is help to get his crap “spy” satellite and a limo that probably doesn’t work. That’s why Kim is now reduced to a new “super world’s most advanced tank” and his crappy so called Air Force.
No one should be happy about this. NK is making bank selling these weapons to Russia while Russia is sustaining unlimited pressure on Ukraine.
What’s the point of Ukraine saying it if the missiles are actually that low quality?
If they’re actually that low quality and Russia keeps using them, Russia keeps wasting money for little return and Ukraine benefits.
It’s more likely that quality is bad but enough of them work that Ukraine still wants them to stop by driving a wedge between NK and Russia.
Murdering the innocent to buy time essentially. Quality isn’t the point. Quantity.
