Poland was robbed of its opportunity to impact European politics at the end of WW2 when the Allies sidelined Polish representatives at the post-war negotiations and then subsequently sold the country to Stalin’s dystopian terror.
Such a thing will hopefully not happen again. The Polish economy has rapidly bounced back from decades of imperialism and ruin imposed on it from the east, and now there seems to be political leadership willing to articulate the interests of the eastern EU members with friends and allies.

Feels good to be back to have a voice in the EU again instead of helping Orban block all forms of progress. We made a few mistakes, but things seem to have a positive outlook now.
The whole rage against EU was depressing. Now we are actually doing something constructive
