Divisions of Europe into NSEW areas are too controversial, we should switch to objective groups based on language and culture.

  1. We’re not Germanic buddy! Our migration paths are through Spain and France, were more Arabic than German

  2. Hungarians, the lost Slavic peoples, officially confirmed

  3. >Malta
    >Roman Europe
My brother in Alla, it’s in my flair

  4. Romania, Hungary, Albania, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia…. yes…. very Slavic. 😐

  5. Reading the comments I’m genuinely not sure if you’re trolling or just an idiot. Given the sub, I’m going to assume it’s a troll. You don’t see a proper, old school trolling much anymore.

  6. Romanians, Moldovans, Baltics, Albanians and Hungarians are not Slavic. Romania and Moldova are of East Roman culture. Fail.

  7. What app/site/program/whatever did you use to make this?

  8. Nah fuck you. sweden and Germany have had much more cultural influence in Finland than Russia. Pretty much no one here speaks Russian but a ton does Swedish and/or German.

  9. Where to even start… Britain, the world’s most famous Roman/German ‘mongrel’ (literally English is a Latin/French – Anglo-Saxon pidgin), is somehow not included as such.

Romania and Moldova, extremely famously Latin populations in EE, counted as Slavic (hint: it’s in the name).

Finns, Hungarians, Albanian, all also somehow Slavic.

Greece somehow Latin? That’s a new one

Ireland has decided to switch to speaking and being Deutsch for some reason, I guess

    And Malta, lol

This whole map is a cautionary tale on what happens when the idiot isolationist mountain people who refuse to participate in the world out of fear open their mouths. Go back home, Grubi, count your gold coins some more

  10. Why is France in the Roman are? Why is Romania not there?

  11. Most britains are still genetically the same as before the roman invasion let alone the germanic invasions. So we’re basically all inbred and didn’t mix much with our colonisers.

  12. We are both, historicaly (before the partition of our land, who was 4 times bigger) roman/germanic, than after the last partition just germanic, but always with a big roman substract, plus a lot of “roman” immigration from the 50th on. So I would see the country as mixed.
    Edit : And Romania/Moldovia aren’t realy slavic.

  13. France sweating profusely when nobody recognizes them as the ultimate Roman-Germanic-Celtic Mongrel.

Also, fuck you, what kinda shit are you on to thing Greece is Roman? Have you seen their alphabet? We are probably closer to being Roman than the Greeks are.

  14. France sadly is mostly germanic even though the language is roman

  15. Finland, the baltics, hungary, and romania would like to have a word.

(You could have used « non western europe » but still)

Not sure how greeks would react, I guess not bad.

  16. Finland, Estonia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova and Albania, my favorite Slavic countries.
