As someone who works in a kitchen, this 8 o’clock close was the best thing that happened to my physical and mental health. I actually would come back home and have time to do something after work, instead of coming back home, have shower and then go to bed, so I can wake up next morning, jump in to my car and go to work again.
Ah well, back to normal. Was fun while it lasted.
I actually can’t be fucking arsed working tomorrow think its time to abandon college and work and live in a little hut in the middle of nowhere

I have worked in restaurants and bars but had later moved to reception. .. but yeah barmen and all waiting staff will be tested tomorrow.
I will never ever ever work a job that includes weekends
I honestly don’t think some bars will be open in Killarney because they simply can’t get the staff. As for myself we’re already wreaked and I can imagine arguments with customers because we’re doing last call at 22:45 and closed at 23:00. Like many places we simply don’t have the staff at the moment
Had a good run abusing pup, enhanced sick and wage subsidy scheme.
