  1. Surely you’re not suggesting that this “record inflation” is actually driven corporate greed and effective cartels?

  2. Yet the Tories refused to apply a windfall tax to help the public on the very same companies because they are “struggling”

    Fucking joke as ever

  3. People knew what they were voting for when they persistently voted Tory. Tories never lied about support for the free market economy where you sell of a nations silver because that brings completion which drive down cost and improves service …like it did for trains, busses, utilities, water and the post office. Most of the UK population only have themselves to blame for this, they either didn’t vote, or voted Tory, or were completely inactive and passive while the gov sold off everything for their short term share gain or no executive directorships.

  4. We have 100% renewable energy from Ovo. Really looking forward to them telling me my prices are going up because of the increase to gas and oil prices.

  5. They will help do all they can to line their pockets as the planet burns, knowing they will be protected from the worst of climate change by doing so. They are selling our future, humanity’s future, yet nothing will ever change to stop that.

  6. Clearly from the comments many of those people forget that they too are benefitting from this £200Bn paid out as the pensions they’re paying into will be shareholders too.

  7. It’s simple.

Tories look after themselves and their mates. Always have. They got in with the promise of Brexit. Boris “delivered” so now seems untouchable.
However, brexit was and remains a clusterfuck and boris was and remains a liar who is so incompetent at life, that he has to throw everyone else under the bus to save his skin.
