Uh yeah, we know what happened next. Good job making it sound nicer I guess?

Vice did an article about this claiming that its unlikely people are actually getting drugged with an IM injection regularly.
There is one case where someone had some injury consistent with an injection but by and large it’s extremely difficult to inject someone without them realising, far more likely their drink was spiked.
From what I gather, there are **zero** confirmed cases in the U.K., then the media has been plastering it everywhere and now suddenly people are all claiming it happened to them too after getting too drunk on nights out and doing embarrassing things. It’s all hearsay at this point. People claiming their sister or friend had the same happen to them. People waking up after getting blackout drunk and deciding they aren’t to blame for it, they must have been spiked.
As always, this sub needs to have a health dose of scepticism if the U.K. media is reporting something. They are not news purveyors but advertising platforms who need to get clicks.
This has the same energy as the “drugs in Halloween candy” scare they wheel out every so often.
How common people think date rape drugs are overall is a urban legend at this point. It’s very rare.
I find these stories about syringes hard to believe when even stories about roofies in drinks were greatly over-exaggerated. It’s just looks like mutation of this widespread myth.
The truth is most of the time it’s just an excess of alcohol, but people are in denial.
> A study of more than 200 students revealed many wrongly blamed the effects of a “bad night out” on date-rape drugs, when they had just drunk excessively.
>
> Many are in “active denial” that drinking large amounts of alcohol can leave them “incoherent and incapacitated”, the Kent University researchers concluded.
>
> Young women’s fears about date-rape drugs are so ingrained that students mistakenly think it is a more important factor in sexual assault than being drunk, taking drugs or walking alone at night.
>
> The study, published in the British Journal of Criminology, found three-quarters of students identified drink spiking as an important risk – more than alcohol or drugs.
>
> More than half said they knew someone whose drink had been spiked.
>
> But despite popular beliefs, police have found no evidence that rape victims are commonly drugged with such substances, the researchers said.
If this happened in Sweden, the police would prosecute the women for having drugs in their bodies. Hence, nobody would want to report it. Thus, it could happen in Sweden as well. Hopefully not, but we will probably never know.
The number of girls I’ve seen downing 15 tequilas and a couple bottles of wine and then claiming the next morning that their drink was spiked….
I don’t think one has claimed they were taken home and raped… So why would a person risk going to jail for life just to inject someone in a club so that they blackout?
To be honest I don’t quite believe it but I’m taking notes for my vaccination campaign in Greece
Really sound like some of those white vans story’s fake as fuck
Press X for doubt. Of course it **could** have happened but a much more likely explanation of not remembering what happened next is the excessive alcohol consumption.
There were similar scare stories when I was a kid of junkies attacking people with dirty needles to spread HIV.
Actual fake news for outrage bait and people take it hook, line and sinker.
What’s the toxology report say the substance they’re injected with is?
Also great job at giving scumbags some inspiration. If women haven’t been spiked before, they sure as hell are going to be spiked now.
New way to get the covidjab maybe?
>”It’s really frightening because I don’t know how you’re meant to prevent it,”
CHECK SECURITY CAMERAS> indetify the people > charge them > indetify what type of injection is that > prevent selling it > raise awarenessa about this issue and this type of incidens will decline ??
MAYBE ??
???????????
It’s not easy to at all to inject successfully inject someone in an active setting such as a nightclub without them or anyone else noticing anything.
This sounds very difficult to believe.
Reminds me of a urban myth that existed in the late 90s. About a guy going around with a syringe filled with “Aids-Blood” injecting people in nightclubs with it.
