I was looking forward to see if you liked the dishes, but you didn’t try them! 🙁
You forgot to put roasted peeled peppers in the mishmash and the tarator looks too thick (I put 1 part yoghurt and 1 part water, some people put even more water), otherwise everything was good! I am amazed you had real sirene, that’s cool, I was afraid you’d put kashkaval in the salad or in the mishmash.
For me for this dishes you have to use special Bulgarian products like bulgarian sour milk (yogurt) Bulgarian white cheese (not feta) also pink tomatoes the rest is ok to be wherever you got it from.
