Hey guys, does anyone know how to approach this? My Hausmeister never answers his phone so I'm trying to see if this is something I can fix on my own. The hot water handle in my bathtub has been functioning strangely in the past few weeks and today it finally just fell off and a tiny piece came off with it. I can't seem to find many videos online with the same type of water handle. Any tips, should I leave it to the professionals or should I drop by OBI?

In theory, you should be able to open the silver knob somehow. The lower half should be cup shaped with a small hole in it so you can put the lower half of it on the valve with the thin rod sticking out of it. Then you clip the ring sideways over the top of it to fixate it and attach the top part to it again. But it looks a bit worn out, I don’t know if it will still hold.
For mine at least it just slides in so you can push it right on again
