  6. Didn’t Forbes just run an article a few weeks ago about how Ukraine was losing the war due to lack of shells? This was their headline in Feb.:

    “Russian Artillery Gunners Are Getting Cocky. As Ukraine Runs Out Of Ammo, Russian Guns Gather For Devastating Salvos.”
