Hi Everyone, I want to invite my girlfriend to visit me in Munich. I want to send her the sponsorship letter as she needs to appear for the visa interview and she needs it in original form.

I wanted to ask recommendations and some tips to send this letter to China from Munich.

Some of the tips that I found are to write the address on envelope in Chinese as well.

Any other things that I should take care of and also which delievery service would be faster and reliable?

  1. Absolutely write the address in Chinese along with her Chinese phone number.

    I did this 3 years ago using a regular post office. I chose the most expensive document delivery service and it arrived in China only 2 days later. If I remember correctly it was around 60€
