I moved to an old apartment and through my inquiries I learned that the internet is provided through a phone jack called VDSL, so I looked for a suitable phone plug on top of the tori.

But I realized that the phone plug in my room has a round hole and the plug sold by tori seems to have a flat head, are they compatible?

  1. I mean you do have the right cable in the bottom picture—that white one with three metal things on it. You just plug that in; it should work if that is a VDSL modem.

  2. Yes, they are compatible. All that kind of old phone plugs actually have flat pins. Just plug it in and play.

  3. I’m curious, why not get a far superior 4-5g wifi?
