I parked my car yesterday here and there was no sign board of no parking etc. Today there was a board and parking ticket on my car. Even the sign board has wrong date then why they have given me parking ticket? Can someone tell me whats the issue?

It is not a ticket, it says your car was damaged in a car accident and if you have questions you can call them.
