I have to disagree. If the porn is labelled as starring her then I agree with her able to sue since it’s not actually her.
But if someone makes deep fakes and it’s labelled “AI generated pornstar Miorgia Geloni starring as Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni” then what’s the difference between that and the years and years of parody porn movies starring people looking like celebrities?
Looking forward to the day when we can all easily make realistic deepfakes from a free app on our phones. Maybe then people will stop believing everything they see on the internet

I don’t know or care what her politics are. The perpetrators should held financially and criminally liable for this. Any platform that hosted the video content should be financially liable and cited by regulatory agencies with the authority to shut them down if they continue to safe haven this kind of content.
The thing is, what can we actually do about it tho? I mean there isn’t really any way to stop it, yes you can ban it and all but this can’t and will never work in the internet
