It’s funny how some comments here already take the words out of my mouth…. My mouth was getting g instantly sandy when reading response of Schultz. He has not been too much (if any) of a hero in his stance towards Putinni. So, these are nice words of him, but I really wonder what the catch is…

Russia doesn’t require Germany to accept. So it’s irrelevant if Scholz accepts it or not.

Germany has accepted everything Putin-dictated for the last 25-years or so. Why would now be any different once the time comes to negotiate?
