Remember, most people in the USA do NOT work in Union jobs. 10% of the workforce in the USA is Union and Unions will not solve your problems. I live in Texas and we are a non-union State, “Right to Work” is what they call it meaning you cannot be forced to join a Union and as a result Texas stays in the Black, doing better than most States with higher wages and lower unemployment so Unions won’t fix it for you, if anything they will make it worse as those Union States are doing poorly now. So since only 10% of the workforce is Union, this is a “non-starter”, worthless.
