Christ. I work catering on the railway so similar sort of job. We get tonnes of foreigners on. Do I mock them? No. Do I help them if they don’t speak perfect English? Hell yes.

I really do hope they pushback against the airline for unfair dismissal. This outrage mob culture of demanding figurative heads on spikes because they got offended is just ridiculous.
No one actually cares. The government needs to protect people from this BS.
Some of my favourite memories have been helping foreigners whose language I didn’t speak when I’ve been travelling. I think both staff would find genuine enjoyment in engaging with the customers they have been mocking if they are given the opportunity to re-enter the industry.
