I’m glad it’s being discussed now, once it actually happens everyone will be tired of arguing about it. Or at least, we’ll all be less spicy about it than we are now. No one will be surprised.
Why would he rule it out? The Germans and a few others need to learn a thing or two about not chaining yourself to a course of action in advance.
