I think one of the fundamental causes (there are others of course) is that we’ve basically had the same government in power in Wales for 25 years and it’s difficult for them to take a step back and admit that they’ve failed. So instead they tinker around the edges without really improving things. Think of it like someone who trashes their car (it’s still driveable) but a can of spray paint and some filler isn’t going to fix it.
If someone like Plaid or the LibDems were they could take a step back and say “Labour messed-up and this is what needs to be fixed”.

I’ve literally seen kids unable to legibly write their names in secondary schools in the past couple years and with the new curriculum there is a huge potential for this to get worse.
Education is one of the most important things in peoples lives, a good education sets you up for life.

People will keep voting Labour regardless 🤣
