I always thought that the Irish were secretly Russians that somehow managed to get lost and made their way to the island, just judging by how similar our fates and some aspects of cultures are. We even have a huge population of redheads too. Yes, I know genetically that’s not the case. You know what I mean.
I’ve had the fortune (sincerely) to have had met a few Irish folks to have that idea solidly planted in my head… but this… this is some top notch Balkan style fuckery.
