While the discussion is still empty, and I assume there’s going to be a bunch of negative comments, for me, moving back to Lithuania and Vilnius especially, after more than half a decade living abroad, i’d say that Im the happiest I’ve ever been, simply because it’s so much better to live in Vilnius than any other big city or “rich country”.
You can make it here much easier than in other western countries.

I don’t know how it is on a day-to-day basis in smaller cities but I look back very fondly on my time living in Vilnius. It’s a great place to be if you are young and can still benefit from the wage raises, I imagine that it’s much tougher for people 50+.
