Hi Everyone,

Yesterday i posted about this but different question. Someone damaged my parked car and that person informed police about this incident. Later yesterday i found a letter on my car attached with this post. I don't know what is the next step because this never happened to me before.
I tried to call on the given number but its busy. Can someone guide me please what to do then.

  2. Well you call the number again till it’s not busy anymore.

  3. The other Party most likely left the insurance Information to the police.

    You get that information, call the insurance and make a claim.

    Ask for “Aufwandsentschädigung” which they have to pay you, but never offer it from themselves. Which is around 25 Euro.

    And then they will Tell you the Details. Most likely:

    1. Get a Gutachten with Kostenvoranschlag from a Garage.

    2. You decide whether you wanna get it fixed it get the money.

    3. Depends on 2.
