€50 says Hese will fail there. They do better in places where the American chains are less present or non-existent. If it wasn’t owned by a Finnish individual and therefore getting customers that think they are supporting a locally owned business rather than a multinational corporation by going there, they would have been out of business also in Finland long ago. Would be nice to go there more, but if I wanted to dip my sandwich and beard in mayo, I would prefer to buy the dip separately. The soggy fries, longer waiting than competitors, higher price, and smaller portions don’t help either. Wouldn’t mind at all if some Arby’s or Wendy’s or something bought the whole company and rebranded it.
