  2. You buy like 500 homes across a huge lot. Rip it down and start from scratch. You’re paying a dollar for land which isnt awful as a long term investment

  3. As good of an idea as this may be it just wouldn’t be safe for someone not from the area.

  4. I remember Detroit did this. I wonder how they are doing.

  5. Detroit did this but you have to bring the homes fully up to code, that’s where all your money goes. However it’s a good idea imo to save older homes.
