This is my first time renting a room in Germany, I'm still in my home country and I found an ad on meinestadt.de by a company called IUNworld, they sent me a form to fill (I don't understand the parts that has Ja,Nein next to it) and asked for the following, is this legit and can you help me translate that ja,nein parts? Thanks

  1. Say “nein” to everything.

Use DeepL to translate German into English.

  2. Have your wages been garnished by a court? Have you been thrown out of a flat for not paying rent? Have you been forced to declare your assets to a court to proof you can’t pay for debts? Have you gone into debt restructuring? Do you want to use the flat as a business adress for a company?

Edit: Forgot the third and added it now.
