  1. > Seventy percent of Palestinians said they were “satisfied” with Hamas’ war performance,

    I’m baffled…

  2. They really want October 7th to be their independence day

Imagine celebrating 9/11 in Afghanistan and Iraq

  3. There is a notable rise in support in Gaza, but not so much in the WB. Seems the Palestinians affected the most are becoming more willing to compromise, contrary to the leftist narrative that Israel is only radicalizing Palestinians.

  4. Who’s gonna govern this state if they can’t even muster up the resolve to oust Hamas?

  5. Israel should really really allow a Palestinian state. Then once the Palestinian state attacks them anyways (100% inevitable) they can win a real war against an actual nation and people won’t be able to use all standard excuses for why Palestinians have no agency and can’t be held accountable for anything they do.

  6. Hamas has shown us that they are a better terrorist organization than a governing body.

  7. So one in three still supports them? That and the hostages is why Israel hasn’t stopped.

  8. Two state solution is a very old & oft mention to try, again.

  9. The side who started a massive war and is getting hammered now wants to go back in time? Shocking!

  10. Bullshit. Stop coddling these people, a large percentage of them support terrorism against Israel

  11. It turns out that starting a war and being fucked is a big deal. For some mysterious reason all these people change their minds.

  12. I think it is a little too late, and they have rejected every single two-state solution proposed since the beginning.

  13. I think at this point that ship has sailed. October 7 pretty well ended the chance for any real two-state solution for a generation.

  14. I’ll believe it when I see it. Escaping Stockholm Syndrome is difficult.

  15. This is very misleading, and i suggest people actually go and read the statistics they are sourcing. Just shows how absolutely deranged the gazan public is, and it doesnt seem to be getting any better (at least as long as they are under the terror of hamas).

  16. They still support getting their teeth kicked in at a brisk 46%. That’s some Trump level dumbassary.

  17. Ah so some of them are finally thinking “maybe these folks using us as human shields are part of the problem”. That’s good.

  18. so the solution was the same solution tabled many moons back in the 60s……

  19. I’m sorry, what did Gazans want before? Oh right, they thought a bunch of guys making cannons out of their plumbing would be able to kill millions of determined, motivated Israelis in cold blood. And it only took 5 months of war to convince them Hamas isn’t worth backing, despite 90% approval rating in December. Fucking idiots, they don’t deserve independence.

  20. Wow, you mean gazans didn’t already support a two-state solution?  What were they after then?

    Oh, right.

  21. 71% of Gazans still think the Oct 7 attack was the right move.

Only 5% think Hamas has committed war crimes, which shows how ignorant they are of what war crimes are. Literally everything they’ve done, from targeting, murdering, raping, and kidnapping civilians, to hiding in hospitals and schools, to not wearing uniforms amongst civilians, are all war crimes.

The vast majority don’t believe Hamas committed any atrocities on 10/7. They are lying to pollsters or to themselves.

They expect Hamas to win the war. I don’t even know how they could be this delusional. If the war ends today, Hamas lost. Gaza is rubble. Their infrastructure is destroyed. They are going to suffer more than ever.

In sum: the Palestinians are beyond delusional and suffer from incredible cognitive dissonance. They refuse to acknowledge what is plain as day.

  22. It’s time for the takeaway. They have proven themselves poor stewards of Gaza and incapable of managing a state.

  23. They’ll be lucky to get a two state solution at this point. Something will definitely have to be done about Hamas before I can even imagine Israel considering this solution at all.
