Yeah ofcourse it’s working againts Russia, if Russia keeps acting the same as USSR did.

What Russia should remember is that there is no forced joining to NATO nor is it possible to force a country to stay as a NATO member. Yet for some reason countries seem to want to retain that membership (and not ‘downgrade it’) and new countries want to join up. Wonder why…

Russia is acting like USSR by invading and annexing other countries.
It was a 90 minute meeting, reiterating positions is pretty much all that happened.
The only notable thing is that the US will provide a written response that Russia was insisting on.
This is about democracy or autocracy. NATO is the sole power in the region that prevent aggressive nations to pray on other This is not about NATO. It’s about what world we want.
Do we want a world where democracy put in place and remove people from power or do we want 1 person calling all the shots?
Do we want prosperity in reach for everyone or do we want only a selected few to access that prosperity?
Do we want freedom to express our opinion, our thoughts or do we want to live in fear or repercussions if one say the wrong thing?
Do we want a society where everyone get due process or do we want a society where the law doesn’t apply to all?
The list goes on. Putin want to dictate, he want to bully and control. If the west give in to Russia, autocracy gains ground.
Chernobyl started the collapse of the USSR, I guess that is why Putin has chosen Ukraine to jumpstart a new USSR
