Whether it is punishable to call the war a war in Russia depends on who says it.

  1. Russia has learned to lie so much, that only a lie is true. Naturally this is not true of all Russians, because nothing is true in Russia.

  2. Get this everyone: peskov, official kremlin spokesman, has declared russia at war with west.

Ps: has he explained yet how he affords $500k wrist watcheS on a 60k salary?

  3. It seems to depend on who you say the war with. If in Russia you say that Russia fights Ukraine and therefore it’s war, it’s criminally punishable.

But if you say that Russia fights Ukraine but the war is with the West because the West “intervened” (supports Ukraine), I guess that’s fine.

Some ridiculous levels of mental gymnastics to say that it’s West waging a war against Russia. They can’t say officially that it’s Ukraine waging a war against Russia either, because it means Ukraine can hold and keep defeating Russia in war, which shatters their “we’re the strongest” narrative.
