  1. That is very funny. Do we think she finished him off?

  2. It’s interesting, the person who found it said “hell hath no fury”; but o see it another way:

This woman (we assume it’s a woman) knew about her husband’s infidelity and yet not only did she stay with him she still refers to him as “my love”. She still took the time and effort to put a commemorative plaque on a bench.

  3. Roger, born 6/9/69 was an adulterer? Who’d have thought?

  4. Maybe Roger was the partner. Maybe its a message to the other party.

  5. Almost definitely a joke right? Born 06.09.69 and died on Christmas day?

  6. Funnily enough it went up a week before the date of death.

  7. >The plaque appears to be in good condition, indicating it is relatively new.

Well yes, saying that the guy only died last December.

  8. Seems like another one can be produced when Boris Johnson dies. Except it will be ‘we all knew’ and those who voted for him asking for forgiveness.

  9. Arnt we all in one way or another? Anyhow who gives a fuck

  10. If it were legit I’d imagine she meant she knew, that he loved her. I’d assume he’s a quiet guy who never said it then in his dying words burst out with how much he loved her, or tried to.

Could just be the writer in me tho 😅

  11. Born 6969 and called Rodger

Either dude was born predisposed to be an adulterer or it’s a surprisingly elaborate and mildly expensive joke

  12. That’s what it’s called having the final word in an argument.

  13. What if the Woman who put the plaque on (the one who knew) was the mistress?
