  1. I wonder if this will stop the motion to have the vote on the Ukraine package.. after all it is made to bypass the speaker anyway.

    That being said.. if the speakers wants the Dems to save his ass… then he will have to have the free vote.

  15. The democrats should only agree to support Johnson if he promises to immediately bring a vote on the senate bill for funding Ukraine. If he renegs then the democrats would bring a motion to vacate of their own.
