I’m currently researching my moms side of my family and came across some old (very deteriorated) paperwork from when my grandma came overseas. I can’t figure out what it says, I tried google translate photo option, but it doesn’t translate a lot since it is in such poor condition. Does anyone here know what this paperwork is for/what it says? Thank you all!

It’s a birth certificate of Luzua Kijonka, born 22. Aug. 1948 in Emsdetten.
Below that, the info on father/mother. (For the father it says “living in Canada/detailed place of residence unknown).
