  1. Straight out of the Putin playbook. You’d think someone in his position would know he can’t keep running the same plays without the other side catching on. We all know he bombed his own people in 1999.

Ukraine has only hit strategic targets in Russian boarders. Why would they begin killing civilians when the only person this benefits is Putin.

  2. Considering that Medvedev has already blamed Ukraine for it. It seems quite likely that this was indeed another case of FSB slaughtering their own. Why do they always and incessantly lower the bar on vileness and atrocity? There really is no limit to their depravity.

Edit: Apparently the russians have ruled out ukrainian involvement. If there story doesn’t change, it likely rules out a false flag. Freaking Medvedev man, guys chugging fucking paintthinner for breakfast. Crazy bastard.

  3. What doesnt add up to me, why is the roof on fire?!
When you look at other mass shootings, i dont remember huge fires breaking out…

  4. This reeks to high heavens of an attempt at a Reichstag Fire. Putin is pretty much guaranteed to blame “terrorists from Ukraine” and “the West” for this.

  5. Putin has certainly orchestrated terror attacks for his own benefit in the past but this one doesnt seem to have any hallmarks indicating its him. I think it reall was an islamist group. Probably either ISIS or a group from the russian Caucasus region

While i grieve for those truly innocent Russians that were murdered, this will hurt Putin and maybe help Ukraine. The Russian people are going to be asking themselves if this would have been prevented if all of Russias security forces and good will abroad are tied up in a pointless war against Ukraine.

  6. Russians must really like bombing theatres filled with civilians

  7. Dictators handbook: kill your own and blame other party

  8. Obviously a false flag repeat of Putin’s 1999 move where he bombed Russian apartments and blamed it on Chechnyans to solidify his position and build popular support for military action in the Caucasus.

Same concept here: they ordered their special services to kill some Russians in a mall and blame it on Ukraine in order to generate anger among the population and foment support for a general mobilzation + more defense spending and distract people from rising prices at the store, international isolation, and deteriorating living standards.

  9. People like to assume this is a false flag but really their are simpler ways to do one. And considering that Putin has a 1000 percent control of the. Country at this point it’s not like they would need to try to justify anything he wants to do Ukraine

  10. They are 100% going to blame this on Ukraine to justify another, or full, mobilisation for the war.

  11. So, weeks ago US said there was going to be an attack just like this at “concerts” and warned their citizens to leave Moscow. Russia now admits they are in a war and then this happens a few hours after.

Here’s what’s gonna happen next. Russia is going to blame Ukraine and dump some weak ass “evidence” down to drum up support from the Moscovites. They are going to announce a new round of mobilizations and send more missiles at Ukrainian civilians.

Make no mistake, Putin is desperate and needs to end this war at all costs. This is taken out of the 1999 Putin playbook.

  12. As I think about this I fear this could be civil war beginning. The reports are clearly not intended as mysteries. An open, bloody attack, at a pop music hall. So young people and the Russian equivalent of boring suburban people. The white and pink collar. Of Moscow.

Stunning development. Use reason. “Who benefits?” — “cui bono?”

Putin benefits by attacking Rostov-on-Don, not Moscow.

That is one of Russia’s cloud cities.

  13. What? Who just got shot in Moscow Oblast? Ah crap, not the person I was hoping!

  14. He shoots his own people and then they pledge allegiance to him

  15. Reality: Russia 2 years, per day, kill dozens, sometimes more than 100, civilians. And spent on meat assaults hundreds of cannon fodder, now with female prisoners.

Russian false flag operation: “look, someone killed a few civilians!”

Even if someone killed 10,000 Russian civilians, it still would be just “a many times less atrocious act than what Russia did only in Mariupol.”

  16. Stalin would be so proud of Putin right now. Aside from the whole not being able to defeat Ukraine thing. Uncle Joe would be very disappointed by that.

  17. I held a marshmallow up to my screen but nothing happened.

  18. I heard ISIS is responsible, but it just fits the russian playbook too damn well. What is going on??
