I'm going to be getting my master's in Cardiff next year (v. excited!) and as I do my research on the city and other things I'll need to know before I arrive, I keep running into welsh web pages with this font.
Why? It's quite difficult to read; the twisty d's and the random ligatures catch my eyes as I scan. Is it just a stylistic thing or is there a deeper reason I'm missing?
