  1. I’m sure it’s not as bad as Hollywood, but I’ve worked a number of jobs that are revenue oriented: sales and grant writing. When you’re winning, people love you, and when you’re losing, people will talk shit. I try to remember I’m the same person when times are good and bad. Makes it easier to brush off comments from the peanut gallery.

  2. I’ve heard, “You’re only as good as your last project ,” so many times that idgaf anymore. That saying has lost its meaning. Still here working at this clown town 20 years later 🙃
