    The emperor Putler gets “fairly” elected, now it’s called a “war”, now a new army is to be created (mobilization?). I don’t know if this is true I don’t recall the mentioning of nuclear weapons (Russian standard MO).

  23. Surely it’s purely coincidental that the re-framing from a special operation to a war happens *right* before a terrorist attack in Moscow that the Russian security services are now actively tying to/trying to tie to Ukraine.
