1. Marty’s lawyer’s claims seem pretty flimsy. A an auteur film with a powerful director like the irishman may take 12 years, but that’s a ridiculous measurement to point to as normal

2. A settlement of less than 500k is effectively a win for Scorsese.

   Tbh sounds like they hoped making him executive producer would impress people and it didn’t.
