  1. Well, that’s no surprise. Between Fox, News Max, One America News, Breitbart, and the Daily Caller the MAGA camp has been thoroughly brainwashed by a steady diet of pro-Trump propaganda and disinformation.

  2. Obvious. Because Fox News is a brain washing machine. Putin’s (and the worlds) best propaganda channel ever.

  3. They should do a study looking at how MUCH fox effects blind support for trump. I’m willing to bet the more you watch, the more blindly you follow

  4. It’s almost like Fox is categorized as “entertainment.”

  5. I’ve never met a Republican who DOESN’T watch Fox.

  6. You heard ‘em kids, go put a password block for Fox on your parents’ TV.

  7. My parents don’t have cable thank god, but they have a Samsung tv and it has newsmax. I’d rather they watch fox

  8. Everyone should also take notice of right-leaning local news affiliates owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group. These are all over the country and people are unknowingly tuning in day and night just looking for local news, weather and sports and getting a daily dose of conservative propaganda. It’s a drip-drip of lies to unsuspecting, low-information voters.

  9. In other news that thing we call “the sun” is actually a star! Mind blown.

  10. You have to be pretty far gone to watch Fox and not be viscerally disgusted.

  11. Who would have thought that not being in a bubble for all your life does not make you susceptible to propaganda?

  12. And 100% likely to vote for him if they watch “newsmax”.

My FIL watches newsmax. My FIL is also a fucking moron.

  13. I only see clips from foxnews, I can’t imagine the mush a full-time viewers mind must be.

  14. Fox News is nonstop rage bait. They have a host on there who talked about Joe Biden eating ice cream as a sign he was mentally declining. They know it’s all BS, and they do it with a wink and a smile

  15. But voted for him TWICE 🙄🤷🏿‍♀️
this is eye-opening yet confusing af

  16. In other news, water is wet, Tucker Carlson is a douche and a lot of teenage girls like Taylor Swift.

Not sure what the ‘news’ is here.

  17. Similar headline: Republicans Who Read Books Are Less Likely to Back Trump.

  18. Wait, you’re telling me that the propaganda arm of the MAGA GOP only works when people watch it a lot? You don’t say

  19. Conservatives have known since forever that people who are not regularly brainwashed are less likely to vote for them.

  20. I mean to want to watch those shows to begin with you have to be pretty stupid and pretty far gone. So it’s only fitting. I guess it’s a chicken and the egg sort of question.

Do you support the orange rapist because you watch the shows or do you watch the shows because you support the orange rapist?

  21. The stated goal of Roger Ailes was to create a network that would result in someone like Richard Nixon not having to resign.

“If Fox News had a DNA test, it would trace its origins to the Nixon administration. In 1970, political consultant Roger Ailes and other Nixon aides came up with a plan to create a new TV network that would circumvent existing media and provide “pro-administration” coverage to millions. “People are lazy,” the aides explained in a memo. “With television you just sit — watch — listen. The thinking is done for you.”

Nixon embraced the idea, saying he and his supporters needed “our own news” from a network that would lead “a brutal, vicious attack on the opposition.” Alas, his fantasy network did not come into being at that time, and the 37th president was soon engulfed in the Watergate scandal.”

  22. Absolutely. Let’s just hope both of them vote.

  23. Republican media is the **largest threat** to the United States and it is **much larger** than just Fox.

Now, we have a nation where millions of people, I mean millions, reject science, reject professional journalism, reject doctors, reject academics, reject research **BUT** buy wholeheartedly into republican conspiracy theories.

They don’t believe in global climate change, but they believe it is an absolute fact that Hillary Clinton has a “death squad” ready to do her bidding.

  24. Four of the five people I work with are staunch Trump supporters. They all watch Fox News and nothing but Fox News…and they all listen to AM Talk Radio.

  25. I work in a hospital and our provider lounge is always playing Fox News, usually with multiple people watching. Listening to Fox News is ridiculous. “Does Biden eat babies? We don’t know, I’m just saying!” I always change the channel when I get the chance. I’ve even tried to figure out that password to delete Fox News from the queue.
