Internal rifts loom as Germany ponders arms exports to Ukraine

  1. Not only Germany depends on this. A lot of Western Europe countries. Prices went up 6x and are for a moderate household already a pain in the …
I paid €50 a month for gas, now €300 here in Belgium.

If this escalates further, we’re in for a cold winter.

  2. If Germany asked Ukraine for military assistance Ukraine wouldn’t hesitate for a single second. That is what amazes me.

******For anyone planning to question what support Ukraine could possibly offer anyone, I would just like to say****** Ukraine makes tanks (Malyshev), planes (Antonov), firearms (Fort), and armored vehicles (Practika), and Ukraine has been there for every fight NATO was apart of fallowing the September 11th attacks on the United States.

  3. I predict that change within Germany is coming, whether fast enough to make a difference remains to be seen.

After WW2, Germany had almost zero independence when it comes to Geopolitical issues, following the USA in most things. It’s not until the early 2000s when it started to act independently. But it’s wirh great reluctance , and the role it seemed to prefer is Big Switzerland. But it’s too big for that to be suistainable. Germany will eventually be forced to be more involved in it’s neighborhood, and practice more realpolitik.
