  2. Is this true? According to Wikipedia there’s something like 15,000 wild bison in the US. Or did you just mean European?

  3. They’ve also been an important animal in Romania, being the symbol of the Moldova region. They went extinct over here for a while, then got reintroduced in the late 50s. Now we have about 100 of them total.
