There is never going to be a single piece of legislation that ‘solves climate change’. There will be no “mission accomplished” banner unfurled one of these days. It’s just going to be a series of small steps like this one, over and over again, for decades. You either put in the work like this, or you deny there is even a problem, like the Republicans.
