Europe, led by Germany, has sold itself to Russia. Probably the response of the German propaganda will be something like “more Europe in Europe” and the fools will buy it.
I have the sense that the US will be tougher on Russia than the EU, and I have been wondering why.
Europe is not endangered by Russia. The EU is not endangered by Russia. Ukraine is. Europe is not united, so these opinion pieces about what Europe is or isn’t don’t make sense. Maybe Ukraine and other Eastern European countries should have made a defense pact with each other. But instead they did no such thing and are now complaining that countries they aren’t allied with don’t help them in their prefered way.
My impression is that the US is warmongering the most tbh, they clearly want this to escalate
We are damned if we do and we are damned if we don’t, no one is ever satisfied. 🙄
A French European army sounds like a good idea right about now.
