A major bridge has collapsed in the US city of Baltimore after it was hit by a cargo ship

Footage shows a large section of the 1.6 mile-long Francis Scott Key Bridge falling into the water following the collision.

  1. The video is heartbreaking. 20 workers and 3 vehicles were on the bridge and the ship has a hole in the hull of the bridge. Some report it was a container ship from Singapore, but not confirmed.

  2. That will also (most likely) cause the collapse of the ship owner and some insurance companies. UN-BE-LIE-VA-BLE.
    Thoughts are with people that were on the bridge.
