Serious: could it still be used as a train/tram station? That would be so much convenient if the train lines stopped there. But I can’t see from the pictures how much they progressed with the work at the time 🙁

Lots of space to rent ! 1 bathroom and toilet for 5 apartment of 10-12 square meters. That can easily be rented for 1000€/month!
This could help solve some problems : lack of apartments and we will need quite a lot of people to do the changes !
