    This is the first time since march 2022 when rusia attacked a big city with **Bombs**, they are cheap and very destructive. rusia has an insane amount of bombs in the arcenal.

    There would be no Kharkiv if Ukraine did not get air defence asap.

  8. Kharkiv is mostly Russian speaking with many people who came from Luhansk and Donetsk. This just makes them hate Russia even more. Russia is bombing ethnic Russians. This should be pointed out day in and day out in big media.

  11. Though additional air defence systems would be of a great help for Ukraine, it’s not the case with Kharkiv.

    Russia uses modified S-300 missiles and glider bombs to attack Kharkiv and air defence systems are not efficient against targets like that due to extremely short time from launch to explosion. Ukraine needs permission to attack launch sites on the territory of Russia with western weapon. Now Ukraine uses drones and its own MLRS but Storm Shadow/Scalp or ATACMS would make these attacks way more complicated for Russia and same a lot of lives in both Ukraine and Russia.

  13. Ruzian short-term plan to bomb Kharkiv into dust. The only available way to fight it – Patriots. Do you hear at least someone speak about sending more of those to stop ruzians? No. I don’t see even “concerns”, just silence.

  14. Not good, but the patriot missile system costs about 1.1 billion USD. About 600 million USD just for the missiles, that need replacement after use. That’s why Ukraine isn’t getting them in the numbers they need.

    While the war is an existential threat to Ukrainians survival, is not the same for NATO and NATO aligned countries supporting Ukraine footing the bill.

    It isn’t fair, but that’s life.

  15. how the fuck air defence can protect against bombs? without aircraft and air to air missiles or a large amount of ground based missiles to hit russian airfields we’re doomed, and the US is anything but enthusiastic about us having f16 or hitting russian territory

  17. Does none of you geniuses notice that the damage to the building is completely inconsistent with a bomb strike? The guy even mentions the gas leak in the clip and that’s exactly what the footage seems to corroborate.

  19. Bombing civilians has a different effect, more join military, who can’t join some partisan movement. Overall Russia is stupid, it doesn’t complete any military goals.
