In my opinion, there are different fatties.
The german fatty is often very nice and friendly, eats a lot but eats nice stuff, drinks lots of beer, he’s fat but also bulk, strong. Like a full sized dwarf, bonus point if he’s bavarian and has a beard and full stache. He’s a great kind of fatty, the one that built Germany over the centuries.
The anglo-saxon fatty is disgraceful, flabby. He’s fat not because he eats 10kg of saussage for breakfast but because he eats industrialised shit. Some english Barrys manage to call for their german blood and be better fatties but they always are less based than their Felix counterpart. And of course the US fatties are the worst of all, I won’t even go for the details.
And the dutch… The dutch fatty is still more than 2m tall. I wouldn’t call them sapiens sapiens at this point, they’re ogres. Stoned ogres.
This is accurate i’m even slimmer than in the picture, i’m tanned like Dracula too.

I literally put no effort into staying fit, basically survive on espresso, wine and cigarettes. Walk a fair bit but also drive my Vespa whenever possible. The only slight motivation I have to not gain weight is because my tailor is making me a new suit and he already took my measurements.

Germans are generally fairly slim at a young age, older ones are often overweight. Urban areas are slimmer than rural areas. So its hard to really say, I would assume many older people in rural areas are generally fatter than the ones from PIGS. The mediterranean diet is healthier and keeps slimmer, generally, so your old people might have an advantage there.
But overall idfk. I dont know how ireland is slim, they drink so much beer and I cant imagine them being especially slim. Italy and spain I might respect, but its also weird how represented europe is.
