1. Naah, its a rounding error in the budget of UD.

2. Tbf, I imagine a lot of them are on the no-fly lists of commercial airlines. Can’t have been fun trying to book a flight for that delegation.

3. Not really. be mad at Bush for starting that whole mess in the first place, and all the corrupt assholes that drained billions intended to rebuild the country into their own pockets resulting in the whole adventure being one giant waste of time, money and lives.

   The cost of some diplomatic talks is peanuts by comparison, and at this point the only realistic chance of any kind of positive change over there, however slim.

4. I have super mixed feelings about this whole thing. I hate them being here, I hate that we paid for it, I know it’s the only chance we have, I know it’s a small and almost hopeless chance, I know if we don’t try, maybe no one will try… I guess this is what cognitive dissonance feels like.
