Yeah theres small tiwns and villages throughout rural Ireland with absolutely 0 cops. But sure look paris is only gaurded by the French police, french army patrols and possibly the foreign legion and GIGN. They might need the help like.

Heard they are going guarding trams and hotels undergoing renovations out there

I was at the rugby World Cup and there were a few thousand Irish fans refusing to budge from the drinking session just outside the stadium – the French police had absolutely no luck moving us but a Garda arrived and with a megaphone said “come on now lads, please move on, I promise there are plenty of bars inside the stadium” and we all cheered and left straight away.
Garda in the know seek all expenses paid holiday
Why the hell does the Irish tax payer need to fund the safety of mammoths?
Good idea. There’s just too many guards at the minute, seems like every corner you turn there’s a guard on the street.
Must be terrible for them, trying to put bread on the table and there’s just not enough hours going cos there’s too many guards.
This will keep a few of them occupied for a little while at least.
Meanwhile we are closing city streets because Gardai cannot police them.
Great idea. They’ll blend in well in Paris, because I never see them here in Cork.
