The ticketing site is crap. Has this problem ever happened to you ?

I wanted to get PSG Rennes tickets for myself and my father. He authorized me to use his bank details to buy tickets. Several times I came across cheap tickets that I paid for, but finally, at the end of the payment process, this message ALWAYS appeared ("one of the items in your basket is no longer available" "your order could not be completed your payment has not been recorded"), surely indicating that someone had taken the ticket before me. The bank account then showed several transfers where I had tried to buy a ticket (which would not be reimbursed until 6 days later). My mother saw this and started panicking, shouting and arguing. Anyway, I'm not going to go on about my life but the site is clearly broken, it's not normal that they let me pay for a ticket when someone else has already bought the same ticket before me. This is the first time I've had this problem with PSG-Rennes, and it's an aberration that PSG can't manage its own site properly
