Before Americans are allowed to go to Russia they should be required to 1. Create a will. 2. Sign a document saying they do not want to be rescued when arrested by the government. Because at this point they are just something to snatch off the street as leverage for Russia to blackmail the US and endanger our national security.
Better to have Russia pay for their institution than us. Let’s ship all our cons over there
