  1. And yet they keep supporting him because he gives them permission to publicly display their bigotries.

  2. Oh he’ll shred it? They’re sounding an alarm? Cool. How about take some fucking action instead of blah blah blahing. Someone please arrest that fuck already, seriously.

  3. It is the responsibility of the Supreme Court of the United States in the first instance to protect the federal courts, the federal judges, and all participants in the justice system from the reprehensible spectacle of the former president’s inexcusable, threatening attacks, just as it is the responsibility of the respective State Supreme Courts in the first instance to protect their courts and their state judges from the same,” he added. “Ultimately, however, it is the responsibility of the entire nation to protect its courts and judges, its Constitution, its Rule of Law, and America’s Democracy from vicious attack, threat, undermine, and deliberate delegitimization at the hands of anyone so determined.”

  4. …but they’ll still vote for him because transwokenessabortionists or something

  5. He already has.

A friend of mine once spent a night in jail for smirking at a judge while contesting a parking ticket. And Trump has threatened judge’s family members and hasn’t spent one minute behind bars.

  6. It’s a pity this guy didn’t see the world he was helping to create for the entirety of his career. Get bent.

  7. Amazing how something as astonishing as this would actually be quite insignificant with Trump as president/dictator. Everyone would be much more concerned about Trump aiding Vladimir Putin’s wars and what climate change would do to us.

  8. Just exemplifies the problem with a constitution set in stone and unable to address a corrupt president appointing lackeys in every system whose job it it is to protect democracy. Clarence Thomas for example on the highest court

  9. you mean the system set up to protect the wealthy? I doubt it. make it more obvious, if that is even possible, of a two tier system? sure..

  10. It’s like my great-grandchildren will tell their children, “my great grandmother the pornstar said if a sonofabitch says he’ll shit in your lap and you just set there, you deserve to get shat on.” And they’d be right.

  11. Are they all former judges? Once they’re out of orbit or risk of losing something they find the courage to speak against Dear Leader.

However even after being cast out, insulted or sacrificing themselves for Dear Leader, not all are able to unlatch themselves from him still. Most usually don’t. Actually surprising when anyone does.

  12. And what will the justice department do about it?

    Magic Conch Shell: “Nothing.”

  13. The Council for American Policy has been shredding the Justice system for 45 years.

They upgraded (partly under duress) to an orange incinerator, and are now afraid it will be too effective.

  14. No shit. Yet yall are letting his hate speech about people run rampant. He is talking almost the same as Jan 6. Americans are tired of hearing only words. How about action?

  15. Has shredded. Are we still pretending there is fair justice system?

  16. It’s about time someone put a leash on that circus. All talk, no action. Worthless

  17. He is already doing it by ignoring hag orders and witness intimidation.

  18. Hasn’t the SCOTUS got screwing up the system under control already ? Do they see him as competition ? I was under the impression they were all on the same team .

  19. Dr. Frankenstein does not like his monster.

These people are just mind blowing

  20. They got what they wanted, but know he’s too much now. So, they expect us to fight it. Bunch of idiotic cowards that are scummy enough to stay on his good graces as everyone *else* is burned.

  21. Well they should do something about it then, shouldn’t they?

It is after all, their job…

  22. Project 2025, please please please inform yourselves if you haven’t already.

It is Heritage Foundation backed, an organization that has been influencing Republican policy for decades.

In short, so far, The Heritage Foundation claims that it will basically destroy our system of checks and balances, grant dictatorial powers to the president, gut all regulatory and administrative agencies, and use the unilateral powers of the president to enact a draconian, Christian nationalist, fascist agenda.

This is not a bogeyman, it’s real and it’s dangerous. And if more voters, especially the “average” voter, were more informed about the seriousness of this agenda, just maybe, it could help give democrats an edge in the upcoming election.

  23. SOUND ALARM

Kevin was cruising along on his bicycle, enjoying the day, when he had an idea. In his hand, he held a stick which he’d found earlier, and for reasons known only to him, he decided to introduce it to the spokes of his front wheel. The wheel’s swift motion embraced the stick, and in a sequence of cause and effect, Kevin found himself on the pavement. Now, injured by his own experiment, and with the bicycle broken beside him, Kevin lay there, contemplating all the possible ways this could be explained without implicating any agency on his part.

  24. They are trying to play it off like they didn’t create this.
