Rishi Sunak jokingly says “I probably wouldn’t tell you if I was” when asked if he is part of the ‘deep state’. He was responding to a question from Tory MP William Wragg, who asked the Prime Minister about Liz Truss’ previous comment that she was undermined by the ‘deep state’.
